Solo Dock Flex
With the new Solo Dock Flex, you get the same great features of the traditional Solo Dock, plus removable poly deck panels. The frame is exactly the same as the frame used for the original Solo Dock, including the hinges on each end that make this a "Tip-In" dock, and the Leg Locks that hold your posts with no post damage.
The powder coated Solo Dock Flex frame weighs 42 lbs. and the removable poly deck panels weigh 25 lbs. each. There are two custom-built panels sized to drop into the frame for each 6' Solo Dock section.
Four tabs under each panel hold the panel to the frame. We've also added three supports that run the length of the Solo Dock Flex frame to support the decking. The Titan deck panels also have aluminum supports molded into the panel. As a result, your deck panels are supported by an aluminum grid that exceeds the decking manufacturer's recommendations.
The deck panels are made with Titan poly decking, which is 100% polypropylene. The decking comes with UV protection to prevent significant fading and is covered by a limited lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. It is warranted that Titan Deck will not fade, cup, rot, peel, blister or break under normal use and weathering.
New Solo Dock Flex -- Build Your Own Decking
You can also purchase the powder coated Solo Dock Flex frame and build your own decking. You still get the same great Solo Dock frame and features of a Tip-In dock. The package also includes posts, footpads and aluminum powder coated decorative post covers.
Replace Decking On Your Existing Dock
We also sell Titan deck boards and panels for lakeshore owners who simply want to replace deteriorating decking on their current dock.
We have drawings for many dock brands and models, and we can also build the replacement panels for you.
Titan Classic boards are available in 2', 3', 4' and 5' lengths. The boards are 1.125" deep and 12" wide.
Standard colors are mushroom (light tan) or light gray.
Aluminum reinforced boards can span up to 24", and non-reinforced boards can span up to 16".
We also offer aluminum extrusions to assemble individual boards into a panel.
